Anna Kendrick is a popular American actress who has been nominated for an Oscar. She is well-known for her role in a variety of hit films which include a supporting part in Twilight. Her birthplace was in Portland, Maine, she was first introduced to acting when she was a young girl as a part of High Society, a popular Broadway musical. A Little Night Music was the Stephen Sondheim musical. She eventually ventured into films and became a prominent film actress following her role in the role of best friend to the main character of Twilight. The Twilight Saga New Moon featured her reprising the role. There have also been a handful of appearances on TV, like episodes of Fear Itself and Comedy Bang! Bang!
